Yes. It takes my breath away every time I drive it.
P.S., The fact that you haven’t received an answer that you would consider "sincere" actually DOES answer your question: "No, nobody has developed respiratory problems driving a Toyota Prius." Perhaps you should consider re-asking your question with some pertinent details: Obviously you have some concerns if you’re asking such a question in the first place.
